The Vision Behind IDL
Jeff Lewis is the Founder of IDL HR Solutions.
With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and the business-to-business space, Jeff has built strong, lasting relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals. His career began with the Paychex Manhattan team in the Human Resource Services division, where he developed expertise across a wide range of business services, including payroll, health insurance, retirement planning, workers' compensation, and management training.
During his tenure at a regional payroll company, Jeff played a key role in growing the Human Capital Management division into one of the strongest in the region. Under his leadership, the team became recognized as a trusted advisory resource, supported by a robust network of strategic partners.
In 2020, Jeff joined Critical Path Advisors full-time, where he helped strengthen partnerships and drive business development to new levels. The IDL HR Solutions model was developed under the guidance, principles, and mission of Critical Path Advisors, reflecting a commitment to delivering high-quality, strategic HR support.
